American River College repeated as champion and captured its 19th men's team title at the Northern California Community College Championships, placing five scorers in the top 16 to prevail against College of the Sequoias by a 41-71 margin on the 4-mile course at Toro Park in Salinas. Collin DeJulio took third in 20:18.8, Jesus Guerra-Reyes finished fifth in 20:28.2, Josh Kling earned eighth in 20:44.1, Ben Blankenburg secured ninth in 20:44.2 and Peter Vo placed 16th in 21:16 for American River, which had Ruben Garcia in 22nd in 21:27.5 and Andrew Ribeiro in 29th in 21:37.1.
